Morielle I. Lotan is an executive leader with nearly 15 years of expertise in Strategy, Research, Business Development, and Project Management. Born in New York and raised between the U.S. and Israel, she has moved between the two six times, reinforcing her deep commitment to strengthening U.S.-Israel relations through private-public collaborations and entrepreneurial ties.
Morielle is the founder of MILE Advisory, specializing in energy, security, and technology. Her firm publishes an annual Israeli energy ecosystem report and conducts commercial-oriented research. She excels in identifying value propositions, overcoming growth barriers, and strategically positioning organizations for success. She notably led nT-TAO’s partnership strategy—Israel’s only nuclear fusion startup—with Princeton University and the Princeton Plasma Physics Lab.
With expertise in qualitative research, insights synthesis, and strategic advisory services, Morielle has worked with consulting firms, private equity, investors, and startups. She is a thought leader through public speaking, executive presentations, and publications, and she mentors in energy and climate tech accelerators.
She has authored notable studies on weapons of mass destruction strategy, behavioral economics, and nuclear deterrence. Additionally, she serves as an angel investor, advisory board member, and project-specific advisor for Goldman Sachs’s M&A team.
In the philanthropic space, Morielle leads The ADIR Challenge (Anti-hate Disruptive Innovation Response), a technology and innovation competition combating hate and antisemitism. Founded in honor of her nephew, Addir Mesika, who was killed by Hamas terrorists on October 7th in Israel, she continues to use innovation as a force for lasting change.
